Introduction
This agreement sets forth the terms and conditions ("the terms")
governing your use and subscription to our services available under the domain
and sub-domains of www.searchforaschool.com
("the directory"). If you do not agree to be bound by the terms and
conditions of this Agreement, do not use, access, or subscribe to our service .
You must read, agree and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in
this Agreement, which include those terms and conditions
expressly set out below and those incorporated by reference, before you become a
member of the directory. By subscribing to this service you signify your
agreement to these terms.
Our services are available for subscription only to educational establishments,
and we reserve the right to decline membership to any subscriber or to
subsequently suspend or exclude them from membership at our absolute discretion.
In registering on this directory you represent that you have the authority to
bind your educational establishment to this agreement.
Your details
"Your details" are defined as any information you
provide to us or other users through your registration and any update process,
subsequent or otherwise, to the site. Your details must not be

Infringe any third party’s copyright, trademark, brand or other
proprietary rights.

Violate any law, statute or regulation.

Be defamatory in any way.

Contain content that would be construed to be of an adult nature, or in
other ways be offensive to other users, including the use of taboo language
or swear words.

Contain any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, or other computer programming
techniques that may damage, or detrimentally interfere with the use of the
directory.
Subscribing
By subscribing to our service you become a member of the
directory and are granted a nonexclusive, non-transferable, limited license to
use the directory for the period purchased (usually a period of twelve months)
from the date you register to its anniversary (at which time the subscription is
renewable) in accordance with these terms.
If you decide to not renew your subscription, your account
will be disabled and you will no longer be able to enjoy the full benefits of
membership to the directory until your subscription is renewed and paid up again
in full. During any periods when you are not subscribed to the directory your
details may not be retrieved by users of the service, or be included in the
results of any search or browse requests made to or on the directory.
The subscription fee covers only one member or user. The
member agrees to not provide, transfer or sell their login details or password
to anyone else at the risk of violating this agreement. The company will not be
responsible and offers no warranty against any entries posted to the directory
arising from the misuse of a members login details.
Refunds
The member agrees that there will be no refund issued after
any use of the directory, and that the purchase of a subscription to the
directory does not entitle the member to use the names, logo or any content of
search for a school .com.
Warranties & indemnity
The member agrees that the company is not responsible for the manner in which
the content of the directory is used by either the member or other users of the
site. The member indemnifies the company and any of its volunteers, employees or
shareholders for any losses arising from any violation of this Agreement by the
member.
While we use every reasonable effort to ensure the integrity
and completeness of the content, functionality and availability of this site; we
do not make any representation or guarantee as to its completeness, usefulness
or the accuracy of any content, computer program, or function contained or
accessed in or through the site. The site may in fact from time to time include
both technical and or typographical errors, and the user accepts these as part
of this agreement.
Amendments and changes are periodically made to the site, and
although the intent would be to improve the content, functionality or usefulness
of the site no warranty is given that any changes will in fact do so. We may
make improvements and/or changes in the content provided by the site at any
time, and without notice.
We are a respecter of privacy but reserve the right to
disclose any information as would be deemed necessary to satisfy any applicable
law, or legal obligation or regulation.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any third party claim, action,
demand, loss, or damage(s) (including legal fees and costs) arising out of or
relating to your violation of these terms, your use of the site, or your
violation of any rights of a third party.
Intellectual property rights
You agree that the content supplied through this site is
proprietary and comprises information, computer
scripts, graphics, underlying source codes, text, arrangements, software
(including applets) and functionality that has been written, created, gathered
and assembled by us at both expense of time and money such that misappropriate

No unlawful or prohibited use

short period of time) and we reserve the right to determine what level of usage
constitutes data mining. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the
site, other member accounts, computer programs and systems or networks connected
to any hosting server or to any other service to which you are not a paid up and
therefore lawful member, through hacking, password mining, code breaking, email
crawling or any other means. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any
materials or information through any means not intentionally made available
through the site. The member agrees that the data being provided is being
provided for a lawful purpose only and the company expressly forbids use of the
sites content or functionality in an unlawful manner.
We reserve the right to seek all remedies available by law
for violations of these terms, including but not limited to the right to block
access from a particular IP address and or to suspend, disable or prematurely
end the account of a member.
We reserve the right to investigate complaints or reported
violations of these terms and to take any action we deem necessary including but
not limited to reporting of any suspected unlawful activity to the relevant
statutory authorities and disclosing all relevant information including, but not
limited to, your details, e-mail addresses, usage history, IP addresses and
traffic information.
Disclaimer
The site is provided "as is" and no warranties are given of any kind,
either express or implied, with respect to this site or the information, or
content it includes, nor are any warranties given, without limitation, that the site is suited
for any particular use or purpose.
Although we make every effort to ensure the
functionality and security of the site we do not warrant that the computer

these terms is unlawful, void or unenforceable, then that provision(s) shall be
deemed severable from the remaining provisions and shall not affect their
validity and enforceability.
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws
of England and Wales.
